We have heard Mr. Kulkarni, the learned advocate for petitioners, Mr. Patil, the learned advocate for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 and Mr. Garud, the learned advocate for the respondent No. 4.

It is submitted by the learned advocate for petitioners that, plaint filed by the respondent No. 4 is rejected. The learned counsel for the respondent No. 4 submits that, the respondent No. 4 has taken further steps of filing appeal. Mr. Patil, the learned advocate for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 submits that, in view of subsequent developments, the respondent No. 3 would reconsider the issue about payment of compensation.

In view of the said statement, no further orders are necessary. The petitioner and the respondent No. 4 may represent themselves before the respondent No. 3. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
