Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned APP for respondents.

At the outset, the learned APP has tendered across the bar compilation of documents containing letter dated 25-11-2016 written by the Under Secretary, Home Department, Government of Maharashtra to the Superintendent of Open Prison, Paithan, District Aurangabad coupled with order dated 25-11-2016 passed by the Under Secretary, Home Department, Government of Maharashtra. The same is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification purpose.

Upon perusal of the order dated 25-11-2016 passed by Under Secretary, Home Department, Government of Maharashtra, it appears that as and when applicant / petitioner completes 26 years imprisonment in the open prison including remission, the applicant/petitioner will be released from jail. 3.

In that view of the matter, prayers made by the petitioner in instant petition are satisfied.
