Heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor and learned counsel for respondents No.1 to 6.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that due to administrative reasons there is delay of 16 days in filing criminal appeal against the order of acquittal passed by learned Ad-hoc Special Judge, Osmanbad, in Special (Atro) Case No. 17 of 2012 dated 24-05-2013 and the same needs to be condoned for the reasons mentioned in the application.

Learned counsel appearing for respondents strongly opposes the application and submits that delay is not satisfactory explained. 4.

Considering the rival submissions, for the reasons recorded in the application, in the interest of justice, delay is condoned. 5.
