These applications were allowed by orders dated 24.09.2019 and the applicants were permitted to withdraw
( 2 ) ca11444.19 specified amount on certain terms.

By subsequent order dated 03.10.2019, the aforesaid orders were kept in abeyance as the appellantinsurer was to file appropriate application so as to correct the amount deposited in the respective appeals. 03.
Learned Counsel for the appellant-insurer submits that the appellant has carried out necessary corrections. Now, there is no confusion about the amount deposited by the insurance company in the respective appeals.

Thus, the orders dated 24.09.2019 in Civil Application Nos.11444 and 11445 of 2019 can now be given effect to.

The orders dated 24.09.2019 are made operative. 06.
The applications stand formally disposed of.
