Considering the cause assigned and pendency of appeal seeking compensation from the year 2006, I am of the view that the application deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "A" and "B", subject to payment of publication charges to be directly paid to the concerned news paper. Notice be made returnable on 7th October, 2019.
