Today, the learned APP submitted that in the affidavit-in-reply filed by In charge Superintendent of Aurangabad Central Jail, it is made clear that the previous notification giving a procedure by way of Rule 24A was changed and new notification dated 16/04/2018 is issued. Copy of the said notification is produced on record. In view of this circumstance and previous notification giving the aforesaid rule is superseded nothing remains in the present matter. Both the matters stand disposed of. 2.
