The original petitioner was seeking implementation of directions of this Court in Writ Petition No. 7126/2014 dated 26.09.2018 whereby the respondent No. 4 therein, the Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Parishad Beed was directed to pay the arrears of wages to him within four months else the liability would carry interest at the rate of 6% p.a. 2.

The original petitioner having died pending the contempt proceeding, by way of this application his legal representatives are seeking to come on record.

The Civil Application is allowed. The amendment is permitted to be carried within two weeks.
