In view of the directions given by the Hon'ble the Chief Justice which was communicated by letter dated 05.12.2025, to transfer all the petitions pending as well as being filed relating to forthcoming elections of Zilla Parishad, Municipal Corporation, Nagar Parishad, Nagar Panchayat, Panchayat Samiti, etc. according to us, this petition requires to be transferred to the Principal Seat. We therefore, transfer this petition to Principal Seat.
