.....

CORAM : N.W. SAMBRE, J.
DATE : 12th OCTOBER, 2015 ORAL ORDER :
The applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 56/2015 registered at Majalgaon City Police Station, Taluka Majalgaon, District Beed, for an offence punishable under Section 302 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code in the matter of one Vashista.
2.
Heard Mr. Nagargoje, learned Counsel for the applicant. According to him, the applicant is falsely implicated in the crime in question. So as to substantiate his case, he has invited my attention
4964.15crapln -2to the complaint lodged by brother of deceased namely Ashok and statement of son of the deceased namely Mangesh. According to him, both these witnesses are giving contradictory version as regards involvement of the applicant.
3.
Having perused the charge sheet, it is noted that the contradictions as are pointed out to this Court will be of hardly any assistance to the applicant for considering his application for grant of regular bail as same can be appropriately appreciated during trial. 4.
In my opinion, in view of above, no case for grant of bail is made out. The application stands rejected. [ N.W. SAMBRE, J. ] Tupe/12.10.15
