The petitioner who is aspiring to take admission in the current admission process in B Parmacy course is in need of early decision as the proposal which is pending with the Scrutiny Committee. 3.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner's real sister Ashwini has been granted conditional validity by the order of this Court in Writ Petition No. 6437 of 2020. Vigilance enquiry was conducted at the time of her proposal. The petitioner is ready to adopt it and file reply and the Committee be directed to decide the proposal finally within reasonable time. 4.

Learned AGP submits that the matter is pending with the Vigilance Cell.

Considering the exigency being faced by the petitioner, we feel that the following arrangement would meet the ends of justice. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 24 August 2023. The Committee, if it so chooses, serve a copy of the vigilance report submitted at the time of Ashwini and permit him to file the reply. The Committee would, thereafter, make an endeavour to decided the proposal by 08 September 2023.
