1) The application is filed for condonation of delay. Heard both the sides.

2) Delay of 1043 days is caused in filing appeal. The contentions made in the application and the submissions made show that as some time was required for collecting certified copy, for processing the matter and for obtaining sanction at various levels the delay is caused. In view of these circumstances, this Court holds

2 CA 15015 of 2015 that sufficient cause is shown. The application is allowed. Delay is condoned.

3) Learned counsel Shri. S.K. Adkine for the original claimants submits that the appeal filed by him is already admitted. In view of this statement, present appeal is also admitted. Notice after admission. It is waived by learned counsel for the original claimants. The appeal will be heard along with the appeal filed by the original claimants.
