We do not find any merit in challenge to the order dated 18.11.2019. It was for the petitioner to file an application by adhering to the proper procedure. The petitioner shall file online application with the Sub Divisional Officer, Faizpur for grant of the caste certificate in "C-Form" as per the procedure directed in the impugned order.

In case the petitioner files online application in proper format, then the Sub Divisional Officer shall decide the said application preferably within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of the online application in proper format. 3.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
