Mr. Dighe, learned counsel states that he has instructions to appear on behalf of informant/victim. Owing to the nature of offence, he is permitted to assist the PP.

Learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned counsel for the informant make statement that both sides have settled the disputes and an application is moved before the Division Bench of this Court for quashment of first information report bearing No. 311/2023 registered with Rahata Police Station, Dist. Ahmedangar. 3.

Learned APP opposed the application.

It is their contention that offence punishable under Section 326 of 924.aba1378.23.odt

IPC does not get attracted to the present case. If it is so in all probabilities the offence cannot travel beyond Section 324 of IPC, hence, applications are allowed in terms of interim order dated 23rd August, 2023.
