Heard the respective counsels.

The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that 29 days delay caused in filing the Criminal Revision Application. The delay is not deliberate. The reason is beyond the control of the applicant. Hence, the delay may be condoned. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 strongly opposed the application. He would submit that the reasons mentioned in the application are not genuine.

Perused the application. Reason for delay appears plausible. No prejudice would cause to other side if the delay is

ORDER

(i) The delay caused in filing the criminal revision application is condoned.

(ii) The registry is directed to register the revision application. 5.

Place the matter on 24.2.2023.
