Heard the application.

The appellant has produced on record the copy of order dated 04-07-2024 in CA/6290/2021 in FAST/1542/2023. The said appeal is arising out of the same acquisition proceeding.

The learned advocate for the applicants further states that in the present case possession of the land is taken after the date of award and there is no question of award of interest under section 34 of the Act. Said submission is taken on record.

It is submitted that applicant No.4 is presently residing at abroad. It is therefore, prayed that his appearance may not be insisted by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this court while disbursing the amount.

The learned Registrar (Judicial) of this court to disburse the amount without insisting the appearance of applicant No.4.

In view of the earlier order, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the following order:

a] The applicants are permitted to withdraw the
