Present application has been filed for getting the delay of 1497 days condoned in filing the criminal appeal. The appellant is the original accused in Sessions Case No.12 of 2017, who has been held guilty on 12.06.2018 by learned Additional Sessions Judge-1, Amalner for committing offence punishable under Section 302 of Indian Penal Code. 2.

Heard learned Advocate Mr. Somnath Nagode holding for learned Advocate Mr. Satej S. Jadhav for the applicant and learned APP Mrs. V. S. Choudhari for respondent - State.
