1) The application is filed for quashing of the F.I.R. of Crime No.162/2012 registered in Chalisgaon Police Station for offences punishable under sections 467, 463, 468, 471, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

2 Application 5461/2014 2) Learned counsel Shri. Nilesh Desale, Advocate, holding for Shri. Pramod S. Gaikwad today filed affidavit of original complainant Sajan Waswani. He has identified the complainant. He submits that the parties have settled the dispute out of Court and the complainant has received entire amount which is Rs.1,08,67,028/-. He has no objection for quashing of the FIR.

3) In view of the affidavit filed by the complainant and the submissions made, the application is allowed. The aforesaid F.I.R. is quashed and set aside.
