Heard learned Counsel for the respective parties. 2.

The petitioner challenges the order dated 30.06.2023 passed below Exhibits 24 and 32 by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Rahata, in H.M.P. No.13/2021, whereby interim maintenance of Rs.1,000/- was granted.

Learned Counsel for the respondent submits that the proceeding is kept for final hearing before the learned Trial Court. 4.

Considering the said submission, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition. The learned Trial Court to consider all the issues and decide the matter on its own merits.
