It is submitted that the vigilance has been conducted. 2.

This Court had directed the respondents to decide the validation proceedings in respect of the caste claim of the petitioner within nine months as per order dated 17th of March, 2016, in Writ Petition No.12261/2015. The said period is also over. The respondent Committee shall decide the said proceedings now within three months.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 22nd of March, 2017. The protection is already given to the petitioner thereby directing the respondents not to refuse to accept the examination form of the petitioner on the ground that the validation proceedings are pending. Till the validation proceedings are decided, the respondents shall not insist for the full fees from the petitioner. However, the petitioner shall give an undertaking to agp/-

BENCH AT AURANGABAD (2) WP NO.11341/2016 the respondent College that in case the caste claim of the petitioner is invalidated then the petitioner shall pay full fees as that of an open category candidate. The Writ Petition accordingly disposed of. No costs.
