Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned APP for respondent-State and learned counsel for the contesting respondent bank.

The applicant has been arrested under non-bailable warrant, for his default in attending the trial. The findings of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nandurbar are that many a times, the non-bailable warrants were issued against the applicant.

This Court did not find any illegality in the impugned orders. Therefore, the Court expressed disinclination to grant bail. The learned counsel for the applicant fairly conceded that today the matter is kept for final arguments. She seeks leave to withdraw the application. 4.
