The learned Additional Sessions Court - 2, Nanded submitted the Status Report of the case on 01.10.2025 stating that the Sessions Court is making an endeavour to dispose of the Sessions Case within a period of 6 months.

In view of the same, the learned counsel for applicant, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of the bail applications, with liberty to approach this Court, in case, the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period.
