Today, the Registry has produced the matter in chamber pointing out the typographical error in the order dated 1st December, 2016, as instead of rejection of the application, inadvertently the order is typed as withdrawn. Hence, the corrected order is as under :- "1] Learned APP has produced the investigation papers for our perusal. It appears that the concerned I.O. Has filed the charge sheet before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kannad on 24th August, 2016. The present application is filed on 25th August, 2016. In this application, there is a prayer for quashing the FIR and there is no challenge to the charge sheet.

2] In that view of the matter, since the charge sheet is filed, we are not inclined to entertain this application for quashing the FIR. If the applicants are advised, they may avail remedy of filing application for discharge before the concerned Court in case charge is not already framed. In case such application is filed by the applicant, the concerned court to decide the same in accordance with law.
