The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, states that, he would withdraw all the allegations made in the petition against the Hon'ble Minister and would challenge the order passed by the State Government by presenting a fresh Petition which can be entertained by the learned Single Judge.

Considering the submission made, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to present a fresh petition, which can be entertained by the learned Single Judge. Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid. No costs.
