Respondent No.3 Sub Divisional Engineer (TS & L), Ahmednagar, for whose benefit the land was proposed to be acquired, does not have any objection to the order passed by the Commissioner. In this view of the matter, respondent Nos. 1 and 2 are directed to take appropriate steps in accordance with the order passed by the Commissioner on 27.6.2006, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from today. Writ petition stands disposed of.
