Learned counsel for petitioners on instructions states that having regard to the contents of the application and further statement by learned AGP that the promotions would be subject to outcome of writ petition, he does not have any particular objection to have modification of the order dated 18-042019 for permission to issue promotion orders. 2.

Learned counsel Mr. Natu, however, submits that this may cause some inconvenience and/or prejudice to a few original applicants despite the order of the tribunal being in their favour. In such a case, if the original applicants are aggrieved by any such action, their remedial measures would not be undermined by this order. Needless to refer to that such grievances will have to be considered on their own merits.
