The Applicants have put-forth prayer clause-B as under: "B) The applicant may kindly be allowed to withdrawn the amount the amount of Rs.4,77,068/- along with the interest accrued thereon, deposited by the respondent company as per order dtd.7/7/2023 in W.P. No.9538/2016; and for that purpose issue necessary directions."

The learned advocate for the Respondent-Company submits that the Writ Petition has been decided in favour of the Applicants, who were original Petitioners, by a judgment delivered by this Court [Coram: Nitin W. Sambre & S.G. Chapalgaonkar, JJ.] on 26.04.2023. The amount that is sought

( 2 ) 912 ca 10783.23 to be withdrawn is, in view of the directions set out in the said judgment. The Applicants can withdraw the said amount.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is allowed. The Applicants are permitted to withdraw the amounts along with the accrued interest, under identification of their learned advocate and by presenting their latest address proof and attested copies of the Aadhar card along with their application for withdrawal of amount.
