Applicant has completed MBBS course in the year 2013, however, her internship completion certificate and decree certificate have not been issued by the University on account of her failure to submit validation certificate. The matter relating to invalidation of the caste certificate under the order of the Scrutiny Committee is subject matter of the instant petition. Applicant needs aforesaid documents for pursuing higher studies. Applicant states that she will not avail of the benefits of reservation for pursuing higher studies or for securing employment. An undertaking in that behalf is placed on record and marked 'X' for identification. In view of undertaking placed on record, respondent no. 4 University is directed to issue internship completion certificate and degree certificate to
