Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions submitted that, in furtherance of impugned order dated 15.12.2016 passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Mumbai Bench at Aurangabad, the respondent no.2 has prepared seniority list of all the concerned. In view thereof, the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw present petition with liberty to question the seniority list which is lastly published in the month of December 2021. Leave and liberty granted.

Petition is disposed off as withdrawn, with aforesaid liberty.

It is needless to mention that, the petitioners are permitted to raise all their contentions about respondent nos.9 to 33' s 1/2
