It is not in dispute that the applicant has already deposited an amount of Rs.2,47,000/- and today, during the course of hearing, Mr Paranjape, learned Counsel for the applicant, makes a statement that an amount of Rs.2,25,000/- will be deposited with the complainant Bank within a period of one week.

The factual matrix as is reflected depicts that initially the applicant was admitted on pre-arrest bail, which was cancelled and at the time of filing of charge-sheet he was granted regular bail, which also came to be cancelled.

In view of above, it will be appropriate to grant regular bail to the present applicant. Thus, following order :
criap4969.15 (2) The applicant be released on bail, in connection with C.R. No.6 of 2014, registered with police station, Hingoli (Town), Hingoli, for offences punishable under sections 409, 420, 467, 468 and 477-A of the Indian Penal Code, on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety for the like amount.
