The learned counsel for Petitioner submits that during the pendency of this writ petition, the State Government has allowed the appeal preferred by the Petitioner. This writ petition has been preferred against the order passed by the State Government vacating the stay order granted in favour of the Petitioner in the pending appeal. In view of the above submissions, since the main appeal has been disposed of, the purpose of filing the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous. The writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
