Applicant is seeking withdrawal of amount for the second time but he is relying on earlier order dated 13.10.2025. In that matter also initially 50% was disbursed and the balance amount was disbursed bifurcating 25% of the amount on undertaking and 25% of the amount on furnishing security/surety. Same course needs to be followed in the present case. 2.
