Mr Gholap, learned Counsel for the applicant, while making out the case for grant of regular bail has cited the medical grounds. In addition, he would urge that the applicant is behind the bars since more than two months and as such, according to him, he is entitled for grant of regular bail.

perused the investigation papers which reflects that there are other nine offences registered against the present applicant in last three years.

Apart from above, the fact remains that the investigation against the applicant is in progress which is at the advance stage.
