The petitioner has appeared for an examination. The results have been declared on 15.09.2022 and if he has a validity upholding his claim of belonging to the "Takankar", Scheduled Tribe, he has a chance of securing admission to the professional course. The vigilance report is already received. The petitioner's father has already participated in the final hearing in the matter and the proceedings are closed for orders in February, 2022. 2.

The learned advocate for the petitioner specifically submits, on instructions, that his claim be treated as a stand alone

*2* 919wp9752o22 proposal since none of his siblings have applied for validity along with him. None of his family members have applied for such validity. His father and paternal aunt have secured validity certificates.

In view of the above, the learned AGP submits that an order would be delivered on the petitioner's proposal on or before 15.10.2022.

As such, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
