Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned AGP on behalf of respondent No.2, 3, 4, 5 and 7. 2.

Considering the law laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the matter of Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others [(2016) 2 SCC 213 = 2016(6) ALL MR 468] , the petitioner has a statutory remedy in filing a second revision u/s 257 of the M.L.R.Code.

As such, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail of the statutory remedy and raise all contentions. In the event, the petitioner prefers his second revision within 3 weeks from today, the time spent by the petitioner in this Court from 01/09/2018 shall be considered as a good ground for condonation of khs/OCT.2018/11316-d
