Both the civil applications are filed for condonation of delay of 2586 days caused in filing the first appeals. 2.

Heard the learned A.G.P. Perused the applications. Learned A.G.P. submits that some time was spent in initiating the process of filing the appeals. Thereafter, the proposal was sent to the Law and Judiciary department, which took some time in approving the said proposal. In the said process the delay has been caused. He submits that the delay is not deliberate of intentional.

Considering the reasons stated in the application and the law laid down in the case of Collector, Land Acquisition, Anantnag and another vs. Mst. Katiji and others; AIR 1987 SC 1353, the applications are allowed. Delay is condoned in both the applications. (SANJAY A. DESHMUKH, J.) rlj/
