Application is moved by the legal representatives of the deceased claimant Ramdas Babu Kolekar. It is informed that the said Ramdas Babu Kolekar died on 27.11.2023. It is prayed that the Civil Application may be allowed and the applicants may be permitted to replace the deceased claimant by themselves in the capacity of his legal representatives. 3.

Learned Advocate Mr. Umesh Mitkari h/f Mr. M. S. Kulkarni and learned AGP Mr. Dande fairly accept that they

Resultantly, Civil Application is allowed. The claimants are permitted to get their names incorporated in the capacity of legal representatives of deceased Ramdas Babu Kolekar. Amendment to be carried out by the appellants within four weeks from today.

Application for withdrawal of deposited award amount shall be considered after amendment is carried out in the appeal memo and respective Civil Application. 6.
