PER COURT:

This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondent NO.2, Director of Education (Primary) M.S. Pune, to take steps in pursuance to the recommendation of the respondent No.3 on 11.4.2018 and forward the said proposal alongwith evaluation report, to the respondent NO.1 State Government.

2] There is another prayer that after forwarding such proposal by the respondent No.2 to respondent No.1, respondent No.1 may be directed to take decision within a stipulated period.

3] Learned AGP appearing for the State and its officials, on instructions, makes a statement that the respondent No.2 will forward the proposal received from respondent No.3 to respondent No.1, as expeditiously as possible, however, within one week from today. The statement is accepted.

4] Once such proposal is received from respondent No.2, the respondent No.1, shall take the decision on said proposal in accordance with

5] We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion about the contentions raised on merits, either in this petition or in the said proposal.
