On oral request of learned advocate for the appellant, the permission is granted to carry out the amendment in the name of appellant.

This appeal is placed before us in today's National Lok Adalat. Mr. Thorat, learned counsel for the appellant/original claimant is present. Mr. Bagal, learned counsel for respondent No. 2/Insurance Company is present.

The learned advocates for both the parties submit that they have amicably settled the lis and accordingly placed on record compromise terms. The compromise terms are marked as Article "X" for the

The appeal is disposed off in the terms of compromise terms ("X").

As per the terms of compromise the appellant/claimant is ready to claim the enhance compensation of Rs. 1,15,000/- (Rs. One Lakh Fifteen Thousand only) in addition which is already granted by the M.A.C.T., Ambajogai . The amount be deposited within a period of 45 days in this Court and the same shall be disbursed to the appellant/claimant.

The Chairman/Member, M.A.C.T., Ambajogai be informed accordingly.

The Court fee refund certificate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959.
