This application is for bringing on record legal heirs of deceased Sayyad Mir Sayyed Rahim who died on 27.09.2007. The applicant Nos. 1 and 2 are the heirs of the deceased. While filing the application there is delay of 6089 days caused.

For the reasons stated in the application, delay stands condoned. The application is allowed. Necessary amendment in the title cause be carried by the appellant within four weeks from today.
