By order dated 12.12.2024 Civil Application no.10569 in FAST No.885 of 2024 seeking restoration of the appeal by setting aside the order dated 12.3.2024 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court was allowed with further directions that office objections be removed within a period of three weeks. 2.

Learned advocate appearing for applicant submits that one of the objection was as regards to correction in the certificate as issued by the Tribunal. Therefore, he was required to move the concerned authority for correction in the certified copy, which has been received on 12.3.2025. As such, he could not remove office objections within timeline prescribed under order dated 12.12.2024.

Considering reasons as stated, time to remove office objections is extended by two weeks from today. It is made clear that, in case of non-removal of the office objections, order dated 12.12.2024 shall govern the proceedings.
