In view of consent terms, the proceeding of Hindu Marriage Petition No.41/2024 pending before Civil Judge, Senior Division, Gangakhed, Dist. Parbhani shall stand transferred to the Family Court at Latur.

It is agreeable that the parties shall remain present before the Family Court at Latur on 06.01.2025. 4.
