This application is for bringing legal heirs of the sole applicant on record and for condonation of delay. The applicant Gayabai Bapurao Algule died on 11.08.2021. Her son shown in the title clause is the only heir to substitute her. I have gone through the grounds mentioned in paragraph Nos. 3 and 5 for condonation of delay. First appeal is yet to be registered and pending. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if applicant is permitted to be substituted as shown in the title clause of these applications. 2.

Civil application is allowed in terms of the prayer clause (B) and (C).
