Mr. Bolkar, the learned counsel submits that subsequently the petitioner is terminated. In the present case, the petitioner has challenged the suspension order so also reversion. 2.

The period during suspension and reversion can be considered if the order of termination is set aside. The petitioner has remedy of appeal as per the provisions enumerated in Standing Orders framed by Beed District Central Co-operative Bank Limited. 3.

Mr. Upadhye, the learned counsel for the respondent also states that the petitioner has remedy of appeal against the termination order as per the said Standing Order.

In the light of above, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy against the termination order. The petitioner would be entitled to agitate his case with regard to reversion and/or suspension period while raising challenge to the termination order.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
