This civil application has been preferred by the applicants who are legal heirs of the deceased respondent Nos. 2 and 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that, the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are legal representatives of the respondent No. 1, who has also expired. As the petition is of the year 2011 and rule has been issued, the applicants were not aware of the pendency of the writ petition and, therefore there is delay of 2512 days caused in filing present civil application.

For the reasons stated in the civil application, the application is allowed. The delay of 2512 days is condoned.

2 ca 13824.22 Leave to amend to bring on record legal heirs of the deceased respondent Nos. 2 and 3 is granted. Amendment to be carried out within a period of two (02) weeks from today. The civil application is accordingly disposed of.
