Petitioner has been called upon to make a choice as to whether she would continue in employment or would tender resignation of the elected post of member of Pimpalgaon (Valan) Village Panchayat. Petitioner was required to make choice within a period of seven days from the date of issuance of the order i.e. 04.09.2015.

We do not find anything objectionable or illegal in the notice issued by the Project Officer, Child Development. Petition is devoid of substance hence stands rejected.
