This Application is filed by original claimants for withdrawal of compensation amount deposited by respondent No.1.

Heard learned Counsel for the applicants and learned Counsel for M.S.R.T.C. Learned Counsel for M.S.R.T.C. has no objection to allow withdrawal, subject to filing of written undertaking by claimants to deposit the withdrawn amount as and when directed by this Court.

Accordingly, permission is granted to the applicants / claimants to withdraw entire deposited amount with accrued interest thereon, subject to filing of written undertaking in the First Appeal No.994 of 2007, to deposit the withdrawn amount as and when directed by this Court. The undertaking is to be filed within eight weeks from today.
