The learned Counsel, after arguing for some time prayed for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to approach the competent forum including judicial forum seeking directions to provide necessary guidance to respondent no.2 on the communication dated 2nd/3rd February 2019 addressed to the Additional Secretary of Rural Development and Water Resources Department, as expeditiously as possible.
