The petitioner prays for corrected 'Mannervarlu Scheduled Tribe Certificate' in Form-C. An application to the Sub Divisional Officer, dated 13.5.2022, has been tendered and the same is pending. The original certificate has also been tendered to the Sub Divisional Officer. The petitioner is willing to tender an online application.

In view of the above statement, this petition is disposed off. 3.

The petitioner would tender an online application, prior to 25.01.2023. Thereafter, upon verifying the authenticity of the original document, the Sub Divisional Officer would issue the 'Mannervarlu Scheduled Tribe Certificate' in Form-C, on or before 10.02.2023.
