After hearing learned Advocates for the parties, learned Advocate for respondent No.1 makes a statement that respondent No.1 is willing to withdraw the Transfer Order No.562 of 2024 dated 23.08.2024 to the extent of petitioner with liberty to follow the rules in respect of transfer governing the employees of respondent No.1. In view of the said statement, learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the petition. [1]

Learned Advocate for respondent No.1, upon query, makes it clear that in view of the action of withdrawal of the transfer, that will be passed during the course of the day, the petitioner would be asked to join his previous posting/re-instate to his previous posting and further steps in view of Rule 8 would be taken up.

In view of these statements, the petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to respondent No.1 to take action in view of the said statements.
