Delay of 106 days has occurred in filing the appeal. Learned counsel for the original claimants has opposed for condonation of delay, however, the delay seems to have been properly explained. I am, therefore, inclined to allow the application. Application for condonation of delay is allowed. Delay in filing the appeal is condoned.
